 This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "End User") and Cindi Lee ("Licensor") for the license and use of the Secure Folder - Secure files software application for iOS devices. By downloading from the Apple App Store, installing, or using this Application, you agree to the terms of this EULA. 1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Both parties acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between the End User and the Licensor only, and not with Apple Inc. The Licensor, Cindi Lee, is solely responsible for the licensed Application and its content. 2.
